The Eagles visited New Palestine on Monday evening for the conference opener and collected a 5-0 shutout victory over the Dragons.

Delta dropped only 10 games total in the five varsity matches.

The JV team won 10-6 by dominating the top seven doubles positions.

Next up for 26th-ranked Delta (2-0) is a home match against Muncie Central at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday.  Then, on Thursday a new match has been added against Indianapolis Cathedral with a 5 p.m. start at DHS.
