Fitness and Footwork Sessions

Assistant coach Tate Dishman directs the footwork and fitness sessions from 6 to 7 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in the fitness center.

These sessions for for any current players at the high school or middle school level who are able to attend. The focus is on ladder drills for footwork improvement, core training, and legs and core weight training.
