Delta, ranked 11th in the state, improved to 4-0 in dual meets with a 4-1 victory over Muncie Burris on Wednesday evening.  The match was at Ball State Cardinal Creek Tennis Center.

No. 2 singles Emma Snider won 6-0, 6-0, as did the No. 2 doubles team of Mayzie Hinkle and Maggie Manor.

In the evening’s most competitive match, Muncie Burris sophomore Izzy Behrman topped Delta junior Ellie Snider 6-4, 6-4 in a match that lasted nearly two hours.

The Eagles travel to New Palestine for a conference match tonight (Thursday, April 26) and then visit New Castle on Friday before hosting an eight-team invitational on Saturday.
