Twenty-three JV players all got to play at least twice on Saturday at the Fort Wayne Carroll JV Invitational.

The team results perhaps were not as good as we hoped for, but to be fair, we were not at full JV strength.  Kaden Crist, who usually plays the top doubles spot, was out sick.  Two undefeated JV players (John Atkinson and Jacob Tokar,) stayed behind to be extras at the Delta Invitational varsity tourney.  Two other JV players with just one loss this season (Maddox Weddle and Denys Krushenytskyi) also stayed behind for the Delta varsity tourney.

Here were the results:

Delta #1 lost to Homestead 1-6.  Roman Ashcraft at No. 2 singles was the lone winner, 10-3.

Delta #2 beat FW Carroll 3-2.  Cooper Coutinho won in singles (10-4) and doubles winners were Jason Ogle/Grant Durkovich (10-7) and Carson Mick/Austin Carrigan (11-9)

Delta #1 beat FW Carroll 4-1.  Ayden Mitchell won 9-7 in singles. Delta swept three doubles matches with Bryce Carmichael/Colten Cruea winning 10-6, Andrew Alexander/Kiptyn Schwartz winning 10-0 and Kiptyn Berry/Jensen Moody winning 10-0

Delta #2 lost to Homestead 0-7.  The closest match was Owen Zacek losing 6-10 at No. 1 singles.
