The junior varsity Eagles beat Homestead twice and lost to Fort Wayne Carroll in a JV invitational on Saturday in Fort Wayne.

In Round One, the Eagles edged Homestead 4-3.  Winners were Simon Marlow at No. 1 singles, Owen Cupp at No. 3 singles, Ben Miller/John Atkinson at No. 2 doubles, and James Root/Kaden Crist at No. 2 doubles.

In Round Two, the Eagles fell to Carroll 3-4.  Cupp won at No. 2 singles, Atkinson/Root won at No. 2 doubles, and Crist/Ayden Mitchell won at No. 3 singles.

In Round Three, the Eagles beat a second Homestead team, this time by a 3-2 score.  Winners were Marlow at No. 1 singles, Cupp at No. 3 singles, and Aaron Elliott/Brady Williams at No. 2 doubles.

The JV team is now 15-6 entering their final match at Mt. Vernon on Monday night.
