Spring 2023 — Katie made a big debut as a freshman, playing No. 1 varsity doubles with Janet Wegener. They were 24-4 together and earned All-Conference, All-District and All-State Doubles honors. Katie helped the team reach the IHSAA State Finals with a dominating victory at No. 1 doubles over Homestead in the semi-state championship.
Her older sisters Lexie and Maggie each have been standout players for the Eagles. Maggie was State Doubles Runner-Up as a senior in Spring 2021.
