Jacob Brewer graduated from Delta HS in 2016 after a career in which he made the All-State Doubles team as a senior and earned honorable mention All-State Doubles as a junior. He was a varsity doubles player on the 2014 team that reached the IHSAA State Finals. Jacob also was honorable mention Academic All-State and received the Grandma Brown Spirit of Caring Award as a senior.
He is a graduate of Ball State University and is a science teacher at Delta High School.
Jacob has several years of experience teaching tennis. He has coached juniors of all ages as well as adults in both private and group lessons. For seven years, he served as the director of the tennis programs at the Muncie YMCA Tennis Center and at Community Sports and Wellness indoor club in Pendleton. He also served as a girls’ team manager with DHS Tennis and as camp instructor in the Tim Cleland Tennis Camps during the summers.
The spring 2026 season will be his first year as DHS Tennis volunteer assistant for the girls.
He and his wife, Hanna, have a young daughter, Madison.
