At least seven former DHS Tennis players have served as tennis head coaches at the high school level. Bob Darby currently coaches the boys’ and girls’ teams at Yorktown HS, and Tate Dishman coaches boys’ tennis at New Haven HS. Also, Zach Ervin coaches boys’ and girls’ tennis at Henry Ford HS in Detroit. Previously, Ryan Orr coached at Rushville, Drew DeHaven at Burris, Justin Overmyer at Burris, and Ashley Philhower at Burris.
